1. About Leelo

This website, leelo.club, is operated by Sabah Naseema Shehzad trading as LEELO CLUB (Leelo), ABN 50 138 692 008. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Leelo. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Leelo is the seller of the products you purchase and your contact for orders, delivery and returns.

These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy available on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. If another provision conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.

2. Using our store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or have the permission of a parent or guardian who is responsible for the purchase. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, and keep any account credentials secure. You must not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access, malicious software or infringement of others’ rights.

3. Product information and safe use

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings may affect colours, but products must still match their description and meet applicable consumer guarantees. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about size, materials or suitability.

Follow the product instructions and supervise your pet during use. Select products appropriate to your pet’s size and chewing behaviour, inspect them regularly and stop using damaged products. No toy is indestructible. This guidance does not limit our responsibility for product faults or any consumer guarantees.

4. Orders and availability

Check your items and delivery details before completing checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable, or an error prevents us from supplying the order as placed, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If the order cannot be supplied and you do not agree to an alternative, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it and any delivery charge attributable solely to that cancelled item.

We may decline an order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity. Any amount already paid for items we decline to supply will be refunded. Email hello@leelo.club promptly to request an address change or cancellation; changes may not be possible after fulfilment has started. This does not affect rights provided by law.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Applicable taxes, where payable, are included in displayed consumer prices. Delivery charges and any applicable discount are shown before you pay. Payment must be authorised at checkout. We do not add an undisclosed surcharge after purchase. Changes to prices or promotions apply to future purchases and do not increase the agreed price of an existing order. Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated when offered.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently accept delivery orders within Australia. Charges and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy. Our fulfilment partner handles packing and shipping, but Leelo remains your point of contact for delivery problems. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. We will assist with delayed, lost or damaged parcels and provide remedies required by law. Dispatch does not remove our obligations to you.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains voluntary change-of-mind returns and remedies for product problems. Consumer-guarantee rights apply independently of our voluntary return period. Contact hello@leelo.club for assistance.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store, place an order or contact us, including the involvement of Shopify and other service providers. Please read it before submitting personal information. Marketing and tracking choices are managed as described in that policy and applicable privacy controls.

9. Website content and customer submissions

Website text, designs, photographs and other materials belong to Leelo or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not copy or commercially exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

If you submit a review or other content for publication, it must be honest, lawful and not infringe another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to display and format it for the purpose for which you submitted it. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or irrelevant submissions. We will seek permission before using private correspondence or identifiable customer photographs in advertising unless you have already authorised that use.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. Shopify hosts the store; your product purchase is from Leelo. Nothing in this section removes a responsibility we have under applicable law.

11. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to operate the website but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance or security and may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary. We will act reasonably and respect existing orders and accrued consumer rights.

Our responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for product faults, misleading descriptions, our own unlawful conduct or losses for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require you to waive consumer guarantees or indemnify us for our own conduct.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders by publishing a revised version. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes; this does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction. Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator or exercising your legal rights.
