Shipping within Australia

Leelo currently accepts orders for delivery within Australia.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is A$9.95 for orders below A$50. Standard shipping is free for orders of A$50 or more. Eligibility is based on your order value after discounts, before shipping. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Order fulfilment
Our fulfilment partner, EPROLO, handles packing and shipping. An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not mean that your parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking and delivery
We will share tracking details when they become available after dispatch. Processing and transit times vary by product and destination. If you need an item by a particular date, contact hello@leelo.club before ordering so we can check the current supplier estimate.

Need help?
For a delivery update, an address correction or a parcel that has not arrived, email hello@leelo.club with your order number. Please contact us as soon as possible about an incorrect delivery address so we can check whether it can still be changed. We will help investigate delayed, lost or damaged deliveries. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
